Everything was very good from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and fine room. I've been here for 6 nights, the breakfast was overall excellent with many options. The staff was excellent plus the location was pleasant. I was happy to find Restaurang Sodra Porten, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel and served nice food. The total experience was fairly nice, I recommend.

Got the same family room with awesome soft beds booked online, appreciated that. The breakfast was good, with delicious food choice.

My stay at Quality Hotel was fantastic! The breakfast exceeded my expectations in terms of both taste and variety, especially compared to the usual Swedish standard. While the hotel is located a bit outside of the city center, the transportation by tram was excellent, taking only about 20 minutes to reach Göteborg city central. The hotel boasts modern facilities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The lobby and rooms had a professional and stylish ambiance, with a great selection of furnishings and colors. I particularly enjoyed the games available in the reception lounge, which would be a hit with kids.
